Each billing period, members receive a limited number of Sip Club credits, and each credit can only be redeemed once at a Partner Café.
That naturally spreads their credits across different cafés instead of the same one. For you, it means a steady stream of first-time visitors, and the opportunity to turn that first visit into a repeat customer.
You Help Choose What Members Receive
During onboarding, your café works with Caught Sipping to select one complimentary item that fits your menu, costs, and customer experience.
You can review and change the item each month, giving you flexibility for seasonal offerings, menu updates, and what you want first-time visitors to try.

You also choose the days and times the item is available while meeting the program's minimum participation requirements.

No. Customers continue ordering through your normal process. Sip Club redemptions are verified separately through the Caught Sipping Café Portal.
The customer activates the item and shows the live QR code on their phone. Your team scans it through the Café Portal. If scanning is unavailable, staff can enter the short fallback code shown beneath the QR code.
No. The Café Portal records the redemption and marks it as used at your café for the member's current billing period.
A member can redeem once at each Partner Café during their billing period. They may still visit and redeem at other Partner Cafés during that same billing period.
The limit encourages members to explore different independent cafés instead of repeatedly redeeming at the same location. The goal is to introduce members to places they may later return to normally.
